He was made on 2-17-96, introduced on 5-11-97 and retired on 5-1-98. He is made of black plush material from his neck to his gold colored feet. From the neck up he is snow white till you get to his gold colored pointy beak. He has a feathered-look tail and his original tags. He was previously owned but in great condition. He would make a wonderful addition to you patriotic collection of memorabilia. So catch him before he flies away!
