Return Policy For Items That Are Not Personalized Signs: (See Below For Personalized Signs Policy)
Returns will be accepted only in the event that the item is not received as it was described on our site. You must have an RMA# to return an item. You must contact TGL Direct with 14 days of receiving your item to request an RMA#. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your RMA#. For this reason be sure to inspect your items immediately upon receiving them. Items must be returned in the condition they were received by the buyer. Refunds will only be made after items are received and inspected by a member of the TGLDirect staff.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Items that are over 50 Dollars are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
To get an RMA# you must email TGL Direct at smile@tgldirect.com requesting a return. Be sure to list your reason for return and any other pertinent information. We will review and if the request is approved we will then send you an email with an RMA# as well as shipping instructions for the return.
If the item was damaged or defective, please be sure to describe in detail the specific damage to the item as well as the packaging so we can determine if a claim needs to be filed with the carrier.
Personalized Sign Return Policy: We do not accept returns on any personalized signs. If your sign was damaged or personalized incorrectly due to TGL Direct’s error, please contact the customer service department for a replacement. Please do not discard the sign unless instructed by TGL Direct. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returned non-personalized signs. You must have a RMA# (issued by Customer Service) to return any items.
If UPS or FedEx returns a customer package to us for any reason that is not our fault, ie, bad address, cannot contact customer, customer moved, we will contact you for re-shipment instructions. When we re-ship the package, there will be a $10.00 Re-ship fee as well as actual freight.
If UPS has to correct a delivery address before the item is delivered, there is a $15.00 Address Correction Fee for Ground deliveries and a $25.00 Address Correction Fee for Air deliveries.
