The Johnson Bros "The Friendly Village" pattern features outdoor country village inspired themes. This coaster features the "Sugar Maples" version of the pattern. The scene features a snow covered scene of a red barn with sugar maple trees in the foreground. The trees have red sugar taps hanging from them. The Friendly Village pattern was introduced in 1953 and discontinued around 2003.
