James Keiller & Sons Dundee Marmalade Crock - 4.75" Tall

Standing 4.75 inches tall, this piece is made of thick pottery. The beige surface has a slight glazed and crackled finish. The round base supports a cylindrical body with a rim that tucks in slightly before jutting out.

But where this vintage crock really stands out is its motif, stamped in black on the side. James Keiller & Sons Dundee Marmalade is encircled in a Victorian-style wreath of leaves, and the lettering boasts an antique style. "Grand Medal of Merit Vienna" arks across the top, with "Prize Medal For Marmalade London, 1862 Great Britain" arching across the bottom.

This antique is in good condition with the exception of a few hairline cracks and fading. This piece would look stunning in a kitchen collection to remind collectors of the days of old - and provide incredible vintage character while doing so!
