Indiana Glass - Sandwich Clear Pattern - Dinner Plate - 10.375" Round

I have a little bit of a grudge against this Indiana Glass dinner plate.

Without fail, my resentment comes out every time I host a gathering. I spend the entire day creating the perfect meal, whipping out the cookbook and putting my baking skills to the test. And every time, my meal shies way to the backstage.

Believe me - I'm not a bad cook. In fact, I'm quite good. But whenever I take these out of my collection and my guests see the Sandwich Clear pattern laid out on the table, they can't take their eyes off it. The pebbled glass and curvy floral designs must have siren powers, because the whole evening is spent talking about this 10.375 inches of perfection.

The worst thing is that I can't even be bitter. This collectible is truly breathtaking, from the flower motif to the rounded ball border that runs around the rim. Indiana Glass might take the center stage at my gatherings - but I have a feeling that it deserves the spotlight.
