What an awesome vintage collectible piece this is. Not only does it appeal to Coca Cola collectors but to NFL Football collectors and fans as well. This coca cola bottle cap is from 1965 and depicts NFL Player Jimmy Orr.
Jimmy Orr, was born October 4, 1935, in Seneca, South Carolina. He was a former American Football wide receiver who played for the Baltimore Colts from 1958 to 1970. Orr was a two-time Pro Bowler, as a Colt in 1965. He was a popular player during his time in Baltimore and the corner of the end zone in Memorial Stadium where he caught many of his passes was often referred to as "Orrsville". Here is a piece of history if you are a football fan or know someone who is.
