This is a vintage clear glass Hemingray - 42 Insulator that stands 4" tall. It has a smooth round top that flares out around the edges like a mushroom cap. It has a 3.625" wide base with rounded teeth on the edge of the base.
Around the bottom of the insulator it reads Hemingray - 42 and on the opposite side it reads Made In U.S.A. , 18 - 52 and then three dots.
The insulator is still pretty clear with some discoloration.
