Here is a beautiful EAPG Milk Pitcher by U S Glass Co. This pitcher stands just over 7" tall and is a gorgeous specimen. It features the Kansas (Jewel & Dewdrop) pattern which was retired circa 1901.
The Jewel & Dewdrop pattern features a paneled design with alternating panels being pebbled then smooth. Each pebbled panel features an identical pattern. This pattern starts at the top and works it's way downward consisting of 2 raised small circles then a raised larger oval and two more small raised circles at the bottom. The rim and footed base are both scalloped. There is a generous pouring spout located directly across from the arched handle.
This is a great find for any collector of Early American Pressed Glass, especially U S Glass collectors!
